MARBELLA EAST has a rich history that stretches back to the 14th century when the Moors built the iconic 'Torre Ladrones' tower in the Cabopino Marina.

Covering an impressive area, Marbella East spans a coastal length of about 12 km, from Marbella Centre to Cabopino. Exceptionally well-connected, it is just a 25-minute drive from Malaga Airport, with the A7 coastal road conveniently at your doorstep. Within moments, you can immerse yourself in Marbella's most exclusive locales, experiencing the diverse activities that this glamorous city offers.

Marbella East is divided into 16 sectors:

- Rio Real and Rio Real Golf: Situated east of Marbella Center, this area centers around the namesake river, home to the prestigious Rio Real Golf Course and the chic Trocadero Arena restaurant.

- Los Monteros, Altos de Los Monteros, and Los Monteros Playa: Located just east of Rio Real, this prestigious beachside community began its development with the construction of the Los Monteros Hotel in 1962. It features numerous beach clubs, such as La Cabane, and is home to the renowned Hospital Costa del Sol. Notably, Antonio Banderas owns a beachfront home in this luxurious enclave.

- Bahía de Marbella: Established in 1995, this residential community has flourished, offering fantastic beach access and the scenic Playa Alicante dunes.

- El Rosario: A serene yet lively area just after Los Monteros, offering a mix of luxury villas and apartment complexes, with golden sands and clear blue seas just minutes away.

- Santa Clara: A prestigious, relatively new community, home to the Santa Clara Golf Club, ideal for those seeking high-end properties and top-notch golfing.

- La Morera: A prime beachside residential area near Los Monteros, offering luxurious apartments on the coast and proximity to Marbella Center.

- Las Chapas: Ideal for beach lovers, this area boasts some of Marbella's finest beaches and is home to the famous Nikki Beach.

- Elviria: A beautiful community about 6 km from Marbella Old Town, featuring the Royal Tennis Club and the English International College. The English International College (E.I.C.), one of Marbella's longest-running schools, is located here. They were founded in 1982 and have extensive admission waitlists even today. The numerous restaurants and bars of Elviria will serve holliday makers to be never bored.


- La Mairena: A hilltop residential area offering panoramic views of the coast and mountains, perfect for modern property investments.

- Costabella: A stunning beachside community near Siroko Beach, known for its standalone villas and exceptional beach access.

- Chiringuito Los Tony's: A family-friendly spot offering various paellas and traditional Mediterranean dishes.

TENNIS. The Royal Tennis Club Marbella in El Rosario features a gym, tennis courts, padel courts, and a swimming pool.

WATER SPORTS. The Puerto Deportivo de Cabopino offers surf and kitesurf schools and other water sports. Water sport stations are also found along most Marbella East beaches.

ADVENTURE. Aventura Amazonia is a fantastic adventure park in Elviria, offering zip lines and tree circuits, providing fun for both children and adults.
