The plot is approximately 60,000 m². The distance to Malaga, the international airport and the beaches of the Costa del Sol is about 50 minutes!

Entering the house through double doors, we arrive in a spacious hall/entrance hall that provides access to the dining room, modern kitchen and guest bathroom with toilet.
The kitchen is very spacious and modern. It is tastefully decorated, has a particularly spacious worktop and is equipped with all the necessary built-in appliances. The tiling and colour scheme are modern and provide a nice contrast to the characteristic building. Opposite the kitchen is a cloakroom and a guest toilet with a small shower.
