Charming and well-maintained villa on one level in the quiet area of Campo Mijas only 3 km from the beach in Fuengirola. If we instead take the right from the hall we find the sleeping area with 2 smaller bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and the large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. The inner hall also has built-in wardrobes.

The villa is located one floor up from the street. At street level there is a private garage with space for 1 car.

Within walking distance there is a small supermarket, pizzeria, café and pharmacy and between 1.5 -2 km from the house there are several larger supermarkets and more services. It takes about 25 minutes to walk down to the center of Fuengirola.
